This Privacy Policy of American Superconductor Corporation (“AMSC” “we” “us” or “our”) outlines how your personally identifiable information and other personal data (your “user information”) will be collected, used, and shared in connection with your access to and/or use of amsc.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy also describes your choices and rights regarding the use, access and correction or deletion of your user information. By using the Site, you consent to the use of your user information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Depending on the activity, product or service you want, we also may request personal information such as credit card and mailing address. We try to limit our requests to personal information we believe is minimally necessary to achieve our stated collection purposes.  Please note, if we do not collect certain of your personal information that we request then we might not be able to provide certain services to you.
